RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

In any case, it will not be possible to exercise the right of withdrawal in the following situations:

  1. Customized products cannot be returned or exchanged.
  2. Items which, after delivery, are found to have been handled beyond what can be considered reasonable use to verify their conformity and will therefore be unsuitable for resale.
  3. Provision of services, once the service has been completed, when the implementation of the service has begun, subject to the consent of the consumer/user who will acknowledge that, once the contract with the company has been stipulated, he/she will lose his/her right of withdrawal.
  4. Supply of goods or provision of services, the price of which depends on changes in the financial market that the company cannot control and which may occur during the withdrawal period.
  5. Supply of goods produced according to the requests of the consumer/user or clearly personalized.
  6. Supply of goods which may deteriorate or expire rapidly (food, flowers, fruit baskets, etc.).
  7. Supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for health and hygiene reasons and which have been opened after delivery (underwear),
  8. Supply of goods which, taking into account their nature, after their delivery, will be found to have been joined or mixed in an inseparable manner with other goods.
  9. Supply of alcoholic beverages, the price of which will have been agreed upon at the time of signing the sales contract, which cannot be delivered before 30 days and whose real value will depend on market variations which cannot be foreseen by the company.
  10. Contracts where the consumer/user has expressly requested that the company visit him/her to carry out urgent repairs or maintenance; if, during such visit, the company has provided additional services to those expressly requested by the user or has supplied goods other than spare parts necessary for maintenance or repairs, the right of withdrawal shall apply to such additional services or goods.
  11. Supply of audio or video recordings or computer programs sealed and opened by the consumer/user following delivery.
  12. Supply of digital content that does not lend itself to a material medium from the moment the contract is stipulated, subject to the express consent of the consumer/user who will consequently accept to lose his right of withdrawal in such circumstances.

How can I return my order?

  • To make a return, you will need to follow the steps below:
    Send an email to kingsleague@futbolemotion.com indicating your order number and that you wish to request a return.
  • Our agents will provide the applicant with all the information necessary to make this return.

IMPORTANT:

  • Return costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • The deadline is 14 calendar days from receipt of the order.
  • If you wish to exchange a product or request a size change, you will need to return the product to be exchanged and make a new purchase of the item.
  • The returned item must be suitable for resale. Otherwise, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised and our Customer Service will contact the customer to return the order at no additional cost. Any customs fees incurred for the return procedure will not be included.
  • It should also be noted that, when making a return from a country that is not part of the European Union, it is possible that customs charges will be deducted from the amount initially paid. Therefore, the amount paid will not be refunded, but rather a lower amount.
